How it works

Four stages. You can stop after any of them.

A free assessment finds what’s worth doing. The blueprint puts a fixed price in writing. The build installs it and launches it under supervision. Care keeps it current for a flat monthly number. Here is each stage in full.

The free assessment

How long
One 45-minute call. Written prescription within three business days.
What it costs
Free. No charge, no obligation, and the report is yours either way.

Everything starts with a 45-minute call. It’s free, and it’s useful even if you never spend a dollar with us. We walk your week the way a contractor walks a jobsite: who answers the phone at 7 a.m., how a quote gets out the door, where invoices stall, which inbox is the graveyard.

What happens

  • We find where the hours go. Usually it’s three or four repeatable jobs: the phone during procedures, the intake packet chase, the invoice nobody wants to send a third time.
  • We write the prescription: 3–7 off-the-shelf tools and workflows by name, with monthly costs, a Monday-to-Thursday quick-start plan, and the arithmetic on what they’re worth to you.
  • We flag data sensitivity on every recommendation. Schedules and general contact can use good cloud tools. Patient records, client files, and the books get the sensitive-data conversation first.
  • For anything too big for off-the-shelf tools, we price the ownership path: what it costs as a subscription forever, and what it costs to own.

What you do

  • Give us 45 minutes of the owner’s honest attention. No logins, no data access, no prep.
  • Tell us the truth about what eats your time. The messier the answer, the more useful the call.

What you receive

  • A written prescription you can carry out yourself. Most owners install half of it within a week.
  • A straight answer. If we can’t find at least five hours a week of realistic AI opportunity, the report says so, and we won’t push a build that doesn’t earn its keep.

The blueprint

How long
One meeting, about two hours. Blueprint delivered within one week.
What it costs
$1,500 flat, credited in full toward your build. Money back if you’re not satisfied.

When the assessment turns up a project worth building properly, the blueprint is the engagement that prices it. In person if you’re within a drive of Omaha. On video anywhere in the country.

This is not a sales call with slides. It’s closer to walking a contractor through the house before a remodel — and if we don’t think an agent will pay for itself in your shop, the blueprint says so.

What happens

  • We map your daily workflows in full and pick the two or three agent jobs with the clearest return, usually some mix of reception, follow-up, and paperwork. Each one gets sized in hours saved, revenue recovered, and errors removed.
  • We audit your data obligations: patient records, client files, financials. What you handle, what attaches to it (HIPAA, attorney–client privilege, IRS rules), and what that means for where your AI is allowed to run.
  • We settle the setup question. Fully cloud (the Outpost), a Start9 server in your building with cloud models for heavy reasoning (the Frontier), or a full personal data center (the Homestead). The blueprint prices every setup that fits your obligations, so the choice is yours, in numbers.

What you do

  • Block about two hours for the owner, plus short conversations with whoever runs your front desk and your books.
  • Show us the tools you already use: phone system, calendar, invoicing, email. Read-only is fine at this stage.

What you receive

  • A written implementation blueprint: the agents, what each does day to day, what it connects to, what stays on premises, and the hardware spec.
  • A fixed-price quote for the build. Not an estimate that grows. A price.
  • A data-sensitivity summary you can hand to your lawyer, compliance officer, or malpractice carrier.

The build

How long
Two to five weeks from signed blueprint to supervised launch, most often three.
What it costs
Fixed price from your blueprint: $4,500–$28,000 by setup, hardware included.

The build is where the blueprint becomes a machine in your building. We do the work. Your team keeps running the business.

What happens

  • We stand up your machine in the setup your blueprint chose: a dedicated Orgo cloud computer in your name, or owned hardware burned in and configured before it ships.
  • We deploy your agents, their memory, and the audit log, and connect them to the tools you already use: phone, email, calendar, invoicing, CRM. We fit the AI to your software, not the reverse. Any cloud models run through metered accounts in your name, on business terms, with no training on your data.
  • We install on site (NE, IA, KS, MO, SD) or guide a plug-in remotely, train the owner and staff, then run a two-week supervised launch. The agents work, we watch, and we tune daily until the error rate is boring.

What you do

  • Approve the blueprint and pick an install week.
  • Give us working access to the tools the agents will use. We ask for the minimum and document every credential we hold.
  • Send your staff to one 90-minute training session, and have them flag anything the agents get wrong during launch. Their corrections are the tuning.

What you receive

  • A configured system you own outright, installed and running, with your agents live and doing the jobs in the blueprint.
  • An operations binder: plain-English runbook, every credential, network diagram, audit log location. If we disappeared tomorrow, a competent IT person could take over from it.
  • A signed statement of ownership. The hardware, the model files, and every byte of your data are yours. In the contract, not in a FAQ.

Care

How long
Ongoing, month to month. Cancel with 30 days’ notice and the system keeps running without us.
What it costs
Flat monthly care plans: $450, $850, or $1,500 per month. No hourly billing.

AI models improve every few months, and your business doesn’t hold still either. The care plan keeps the system current without ever putting you back on a project bill. Prefer a standing working partner instead? That’s the AI Concierge, on the services page.

What happens

  • Model updates. When a better model ships, we test it against your actual workload and swap it in when it wins. Changing brains never means rebuilding the system.
  • Security patches on a schedule, agent tuning within days of a flagged miss, and new-workflow requests handled as care-plan items, not new projects, up to your tier’s allotment.
  • The always-on caretaker: an agent on your own server watches the stack around the clock (services up, backups verified, disks healthy), fixes the small things, and reports the rest to us.
  • A quarterly business review: what the agents handled, where they saved time, what we recommend next. One page, real numbers from your own audit log.

What you do

  • Forward the odd miss to us instead of working around it.
  • Show up to a 30-minute review four times a year.

What you receive

  • A system that stays current, patched, and tuned, for a flat number you can budget.
  • And if you ever cancel: the system keeps working. You own it. The care plan is maintenance, not a leash.

A sample timeline

A typical two-agent build for a ten-person office, free assessment to care-plan handoff. Bigger scopes stretch the build weeks; the shape stays the same.

45 minutes with the owner. Written prescription delivered within three business days: quick wins you can run yourself, and the projects worth pricing.

  2. Week 1

    Blueprint meeting

Two hours with the owner and front-desk lead. Workflows mapped in full, data sensitivity audited.

  3. Week 2

    Blueprint delivered

Written plan, fixed price. You approve; we order your server the same day.
